Responsibilities

Accurate collection and tracking of client and family financial information.
Providing information about services, conducting phone screenings, and recording intake information.
Maintaining an efficient filing system for administrative and clinical records.
Assisting in scheduling appointments and safeguarding client confidentiality.
Overseeing office supplies, physical plant maintenance, and data accuracy.

Required

Minimum of BA/ BS Diploma.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask to ensure that all administrative functions are completed promptly and efficiently.

Strong customer service skills.

Supervisory experience a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish / Polish) is a plus.
Medicaid knowledge or insurance billing a plus.
