Responsibilities
Researches, analyzes and responds to customer requests, both verbal and written, including reallocation of premiums and refund checks
Provides training and support for team members
Builds and maintains relationships with employers, brokers and regional offices, with a focus on employer groups over $250,000
Resolves policy discrepancies and prepares and communicates reconciliation reports to employers
Manages projects and delivers accurate results
Documents and executes complex processes with minimal supervision
Provides suggestions for innovation and process improvement
Manages suspense account entries using established standards
Escalates issues as appropriate
Assigns discrepancies and outstanding suspense to team members, tracks progress and reports results
