Responsibilities
Manage third party vendor relationships
Oversee the development of benefits content
Manages the enrollment platform
Draft, edit, review and approve benefits enrollment content
Work with translation vendors to ensure all materials
Assess overall benefit material needs, order, monitor inventory
Manage benefit content projects (i.e. brochures, new hire guides, etc.)

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Benefits/HR experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Intermediate level skills Microsoft Office skills
3 years of Benefits, Health & Welfare, or Retirement experience
Preferred
Marketing/Communications background helpful
Familiarity with SharePoint highly desired
