Responsibilities

Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI for the AI to learn from, and collecting sources to help it read large amounts of documented knowledge.

Evaluate the AI continuously according to safety, accuracy, and beneficial criteria, discerning the accuracy of facts and interpretations.

Test the AI by actively trying to 'break' it, document breaks, recommend improvements, and enhance the AI models' recovery mechanisms.

Required

Native in Bengali.

Expertise in domains such as Natural Science, Social Science, Humanities, Creative Writing- Masters, or Doctoral Degree in the above or a related domain.

Record of publications (h-index of at least 1) in your area of expertise is required; teaching or related communication experience is also preferred.

Writing experience (publications, blogs, teaching materials).

Ability to explain concepts in your domain of expertise to both expert and non-expert audiences.

Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies. Willingness to work on and improve the state-of-the-art in conversational AI.

Ability to formulate a structured approach to ambiguous problems.

Ability to work independently, proactively, and reliably.

Ability to manage your time effectively and handle challenging priorities.

Proficiency in English language
