Responsibilities

Expert in Tableau, Application Administration, and development. Able to handle Tableau installation and administration.

Define BI guidelines, define process for code deployments and monitoring and authorization.

Maintain and ensure strong and effective Customer and Biz communication in case of planned and unplanned outages.

Lead offshore Tableau admin and monitoring.

Establish and ensure Tableau Governance is followed.

Upgrades, configuration, administration, managing licensing, backing up the Server, adding and managing nodes in a cluster, managing security and authentication (including SSL), Publishing the Tableau content to Server, Maintaining Extracts and Live data sources and Data connections, User Management and Site Administration, Maintaining Subscriptions and Schedules, generating Audit reports, migrating content and license to different servers and Enabling New Features.

Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, visualizations, and other BI solutions.

Expertise with Tableau Desktop, creating interactive Tableau Dashboards, and designing efficient workbooks Build tool-kits to facilitate the creation of dashboards Rapidly iterate, prototype, and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills.

Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, understanding business needs to present data in a clear way telling the stories as they relate to data Support and coordinate with Business users for new enhancement and initiative.

Ability to design Symantec data layer for visualization Strong SQL skills Proven track record and portfolio of successful work in BI Visual Analytics Knowledge in AWS or other cloud technology.

Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, to interact with Customers, Business, and Internal teams.

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and senior management.
