Responsibilities

Initial Contact : Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking individuals via phone, web, and fax, providing detailed information about services, eligibility, and the intake process.

Screening and Assessment : Determine clients' needs, gather necessary information (medical history, demographics, insurance details), and assess eligibility for services.

Documentation : Ensure all paperwork from Spanish-speaking clients is completed accurately, assisting with any language barriers that may hinder the process.

Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule assessments and appointments for Spanish-speaking clients, aligning with clinical availability and payor requirements.

Team Support : Work closely with the intake and clinical teams to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Resource Development : Assist in developing resources and materials that support Spanish-speaking clients and enhance the organization's service delivery.

Cultural Competency : Provide culturally sensitive assistance, understanding the unique needs and challenges of Spanish-speaking communities.

Document Translation : Translate organizational documents, including intake forms, consent forms, informational brochures, and clinical materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

Language Support : Assist various departments with Spanish language needs, enhancing communication and understanding across teams.

Feedback and Improvement : Gather feedback from Spanish-speaking clients to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and communication.
