Responsibilities
Assist callers with their concerns, including navigating apps, websites, and paperwork.
Document calls, troubleshoot timesheet issues, and guide consumers through the provider hiring process.
Engage with an elderly population and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Required
Ability to work remotely, including reliable high-speed Internet.
Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues.
Private dedicated workspace is required.
Must have a computer (laptop or desktop; Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with platform).
Must have monitors and a USB-wired headset.
Minimum of High School diploma required.
Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check.
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with callers.
Must be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred
Additional education preferred.
Weekend availability preferred.
