Expert Selection of Questions: Based on your expertise and personal preference, select which questions to address. You have the flexibility to choose questions that align with your areas of knowledge and skill set. Additionally, you can decide whether you prefer to communicate solely via chat, phone, or a combination of both, maximizing your ability to assist customers efficiently.
Initiate Contact with Customers: Once you've identified the questions, you're confident in addressing, initiate contact with the customer. Chat-based questions are answered directly through the platform, while phone-based inquiries are addressed via phone. This direct communication allows for personalized assistance tailored to the customer's needs.
Handling Delays and Additional Questions: In case of any delays in customer response, you have the opportunity to select and address additional questions. This ensures that your time is utilized effectively and allows you to assist more customers within your availability.
Follow-Up Support: Customers can request your assistance for follow-up calls if needed, facilitating continuity of support. This enables you to provide ongoing assistance and guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust over time.
