Responsibilities
Overseeing bilingual Loan Consultants
Performing hourly checkups to ensure production and activity
Providing training and on-the-job coaching to loan consultants on a daily basis
Participating in developing organization goals, objectives, and systems
Managing lead distribution
Assisting in the lifecycle of recruitment and development of new bilingual LC’s
Maintaining team member’s time and attendance, including payroll approval/verification, time off tracking, and shift and break adherence monitoring
Conducting employee performance evaluations, corrective action, and other coaching and development activities as needed
Supporting executive management in ongoing initiatives as assigned
Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies

Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of exemplary performance in a sales role with an expert level knowledge of the auto refinance industry, including ancillary product sales
4-6 years of management experience including facilitating training in a virtual setting
Experience building a Spanish sales team including implementing and refining processes and creating and delivering training content
Ability to teach and coach with basic understanding of adult learning techniques
Experience displaying leadership qualities and getting buy-in from groups
Ability to quickly reprioritize tasks in response to business need
Strong organization and time management skills amid newly identified obstacles or a sudden change in priorities
Willingness to work varying days/hours to ensure Loan Consultant shift coverage
