Responsibilities

Sales team management within the scope of responsibility

Life cycle management of service products including portfolio management, product release and withdrawal, and product upgrading

Organize cross-functional resources and lead the development process of standard service products

Participate in service demand communication with customers and recommend or customize service products and solutions

Assist in cost calculation, pricing, sales channel development, and service product delivery preparation for overseas service products

Required

Bachelor degree or above/major in automobile, machinery, energy, marketing, economic management, etc

Understand the new energy after-sales service business and love the new energy industry

Possess a strong sense of customer service, keen sense of market smell, excellent communication skills, rich experience in cross-departmental cooperation, and good promotion ability

Possess basic project management, logical thinking and customer negotiation ability

At least 5 years working experience

Preferred

Experience in service product development and in new energy after-sales service

Bilingual English and Mandarin
