Responsibilities
Call on Spanish speaking SMBs in person (door to door), establish referral networks, and train and coach a team of top performing bilingual sales reps.
You'll be able to offer a full suite of fintech products including Credit Card Processing, Banking as a Service, Buy Now Pay Later, POS Technology, Business Loans, Payroll and more.
Attend/complete all training as scheduled/assigned.

Required
Proven fluency in Spanish, including business Spanish
HIGH level of integrity.
2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably selling into the LATAM market
Strong Leadership skills and experience coaching a training an outside sales team
Proficiency in CRM systems, and a dedication to keeping an organized pipeline
Dedication to providing the 'WOW' experience for every customer
Preferred
Merchant Services, Payroll, or B2B Finance sales is a plus
Experience in a 1099 sales environment strongly preferred
