Responsibilities

Managing the billing process

Ensuring the accuracy of invoices and financial transactions

Analyzing billing data

Monitoring payments

Following up on overdue accounts to optimize cash flow

Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries

Required

Familiarity with Accounting software, Netsuite highly preferred but not required.

Preferred

BS in Accounting

3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.

Proficiency in Google Suite products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)

Proficiency in cloud-based software, (YayPay, SuiteBilling, Netsuite, SalesForce, etc.)
