Responsibilities
Process invoices for digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, mobile, and social media.
Ensure accurate billing rates, media costs, and agency fees.
Reconcile invoices with campaign delivery reports and media plans.
Reconcile media invoices with publisher and platform invoices.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and invoicing.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to digital media spending.
Input data into billing and accounting systems, including campaign details, media costs, and agency fees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, file organization, and report generation.

Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
