Responsibilities
Assist billing team with reviewing and preparing bills in accordance with client and vendor guidelines.
Works with legal assistants and attorneys to support them in their efforts to properly bill their clients.
Researches, resolves and communicates any issues associated with electronic invoicing.
Accesses and runs billing reports, as needed.
Provides other administrative support to billing team.
Maintains the confidentiality of all financial matters exposed to during the course of performing job duties.
Maintains flexibility to work overtime as needed during time critical deadlines, such as month-end and year-end closing.

Required
Must have strong computer skills, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have good organizational and analytical skills, able to handle multiple demands, prioritize tasks and handle the pressure of meeting deadlines.
Able to work in a team environment, as well as independently, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
One or more years of work experience in a professional environment, preferably at a law firm.
High school diploma required.
Preferred
College degree preferred.
