Responsibilities
Process internal requests for updates to billing information.
Review and enter new business billing intake information.
Set up billing matters according to client guidelines.
Perform various data changes, including updating addresses, contact information, groups, insurance details, and billing information.
Review Billing Guidelines/Engagement letters to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and rates.
Provide explanations to internal stakeholders regarding billing information.
Prepare billing expense information and receipts to accompany client invoices.
Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and contractual obligations.

Experience Level: 1 year
