Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices promptly to clients, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Monitor incoming payments, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
Address and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date client records and billing information with precision.
Collaborate effectively with our finance team to support accurate financial reporting.
Prepare detailed reports on billing activities and accounts receivable status.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding their accounts and outstanding balances.
Implement appropriate collections procedures for overdue invoices as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar roles, demonstrating reliability and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines effectively.
