Responsibilities
Responsible for running the weekly billing on-cycle and off-cycle processes within PeopleSoft system
Responsible for timely recording of weekly adjustments in PeopleSoft and ensuring accurate output on the HOBW
Report on billing adjustment summary timely Manage the Billing Support queue to ensure timely responses and/or assignment/transfer to appropriate team members.
Help to manage billing requirements within a Vendor Management System
Review weekly for any client setup anomalies (wrong biller, discipline, etc.)
Oversee intercompany billing reconciliation, consultant payments and cross billing
Work closely with the payroll administrator to ensure timely weekly processing
Seek out process improvement opportunities
Other duties as assigned

Required
3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply common accounting practices and principles
Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent customer service skills to support internal and external customers
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proven knowledge of MS Office products
PeopleSoft and billing experience required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting field preferred but not required
