Responsibilities

Create invoices and custom billing materials to be sent to a customer

Review customer payment plans regularly for timely payments, follow up where necessary

Respond to customer billing questions

Flow concessions and refunds through the appropriate approval process as well as issue approved refunds

Assist customers in the resolution of failed charges

Work with our payment processor to resolve any blocked payment issues

Assist customers with payment set up

Work with Finance to ensure proper period cut off for month end close procedures

Review billing process and recommend improvements where possible
