Responsibilities

Billing Specialist will issue invoices to be sent to customers through e-mail, mail, etc.

Process credit memos

Update customer master file with contact information

Track exceptions/special handling requests

Daily transaction register balancing

As a Billing Specialist, you will answer questions and handle inquiries from customers/sales regarding bills

Report on activity impacting cash flow to upper management

Billing experienceAccounting backgroundExcel proficiency

Required

5+ years of work experience in billing with to process 400-500 invoices per month

Background in accounting & analytics

Software knowledge of basic Excel

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
