Responsibilities
Claim submission & follow up through Brightree or insurance portals
Collecting and posting payments in patient accounts
Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances
Resolving partial payment or denials from insurance companies
Taking customer orders, answering claims questions, and performing other accounts receivable duties

Required
1+ years experience in DME billing
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
Innovative thinker who can adapt and find creative solutions.
Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
Technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Brightree
Preferred
Previous medical billing experience
