Responsibilities

Streamline billing processes and ensure accuracy.

Manage everything from new subscriptions to past dues, renewals, and cancellations.

Resolve issues related to contacts, accounts, and payments while maintaining accurate records in our CRM and Zuora platforms.

Process orders, payments, and cancellations.

Generate subscription renewals and run critical reports, keeping documentation organized and up-to-date in the knowledgebase library.

Play a key role in training sessions, sharing insights from Zuora and communicating with the Client Engagement Team.
