Responsibilities

Responsible for the development, maintenance, implementation, training, and support of client's facilities BIM foundation, structure, models, templates, strategies, and tactical details.

Manage BIM support personnel and oversee facilities BIM development tasks and projects.

Develop and maintain BIM Program standards and Revit templates for various disciplines and project types.

Perform QA reviews of submitted Revit models, conduct clash detection, and provide design review documentation.

Support ongoing BIM operations and facilities smart technology enhancements.

Engage with facilities O&M team, conduct field visits, and implement BIM best practice policies and procedures.

Interface with project teams for BIM discussions and solutions, and support client's safety and security policies.

Required

Bachelor's degree related to BIM or Construction Management

Five (5) years BIM facilities experience

Two (2) years' experience in Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, or equivalent role
