Responsibilities
Update, organize, and maintain architectural plans used by multiple regions and franchisees.
Operate CAD/BIM applications to design, create, and modify residential architectural construction documents.
Audit marketing renderings to ensure alignment with master plan specifications.
Apply knowledge of residential building codes and standards while creating, reviewing, and modifying construction documents with CAD/BIM software.

Required
Associates degree in Architectural Design or Residential Construction
2 years of experience preparing and/or modifying residential construction drawings
Preferred
Bachelors degree
Experience with CAD/BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Higharc
