Responsibilities

Assist with developing drawing sets, plans and details with architects and engineers.

Provide guidance to Architects and Engineers for detail development.

Develop and coordinate construction documents.

May act as a coordinator on projects.

Support the development of BIM content.

Required

Completion of a technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.

2+ years of architectural or architectural engineering drafting experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience working with Autodesk Revit.

Ability to work with design teams on multiple projects at the same time.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work overtime when required.

Team player with flexibility to accommodate different client’s needs and project’s requirements.

Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat PDF.

Preferred

Experience with BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Knowledge of Dynamo.
