Responsibilities

Regularly assess and oversee day-to-day operations within the binding department. This includes tracking production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and addressing any operational bottlenecks.

Identify areas for improvement, such as optimizing workflow processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.

Develop clear and concise procedures for binding operations. These may include step-by-step instructions for setting up binding machines, quality control checks, and safety protocols.

Ensure that all team members follow established procedures consistently.

Work closely with the operations manager to plan and execute operational strategies.

Participate in process improvement initiatives, such as implementing new technologies or streamlining workflows.
