Responsibilities
Prepares detailed specifications and algorithms for bulk and single-cell data analysis and modeling.
Implements and documents the above algorithms into end-to-end pipelines.
Compares the implemented pipeline with alternative contemporary approaches.
Applies the pipeline to biological datasets, and under supervision of the lab principal investigator, interprets the findings.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biological Science, or a related field.
No experience required.
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field.
