Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with well-known Biotech associations and organizations to foster membership opportunities and ensure our active involvement.
Identify and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups, creating engagement strategies to increase our company’s influence.
Research, identify, and coordinate attendance at biopharmaceutical conferences, trade shows, and events. Ensure the company’s successful presence and maximize networking opportunities.
Serve as the primary company ambassador at events, strengthening relationships and gathering market insights.
Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and event materials to optimize our event presence.
Identify and secure speaking engagements and panel opportunities for company experts to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
Work with subject matter experts to develop presentations and ensure effective delivery aligned with company objectives.

Relationship-Oriented: Loves being the face of an organization, loves being at industry events, conferences, meet and greets, etc., proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with associations, clients, and industry professionals to meet their needs effectively.
Client-Focused: Confident in face-to-face client interactions and virtual presentations via platforms like Teams, consistently delivering exceptional service.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience.
Proven experience coordinating trade shows and conferences.
Existing memberships in relevant industry networking organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new web-based applications.
Travel required: In local market and nationally.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
