Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for Enterprise Supply Planning

Architect planning solutions to achieve defined business outcomes

Configure the system to support business requirements

Drive business requirement workshops and solution designs related to supply planning

Manage large to medium-sized teams and work efforts

Perform end-to-end testing during System Integration Testing

Integrate Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for Inbound and Outbound Interfaces

Provide knowledge of major ERP and planning solution functional integration

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a Business or supply chain Concentration

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Enterprise Supply Planning Solution Architect and have been part of at least two BY supply planning implementations

Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 8 years of a mix of Management Consulting and Industry experience within the Banking, Capital Markets and/or Insurance industries focused on data governance and management for risk and regulatory data for credit, liquidity, or capital, regulatory reporting (e.g., LCR, NSFR, 5G / FR2052a, FFIEC101, FFIEC031, CCAR, FRTB) use cases within the Financial Services Industry required with prior experience in large-scale risk and/or finance transformation

Minimum of 5 years experience within one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Data Policy and Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality Controls, Data Regulation (i.e., BCBS239), Data Architecture, Data Sourcing, Data Incident Management, Data Risk Management

Preferred

Experience in BY demand solution or other modules such as Order promiser, Sequencing etc.

Advanced Understanding of SCPO Data Model

MBA or Advanced Degree desirable

Prior experience qualifying potential opportunities and negotiating complex deals desirable

Demonstrated understanding of vendor offerings in Data (.e.g., Collibra, Alation, Data Bricks, IDQ, etc.)

Strong project management skills (e.g., defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, driving deliverables, identifying risks, and managing issues)

Strong competence in developing presentations (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
