Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of adaptive skills trainers
Oversee individualized adaptive skills programs
Provide minimal ABA services within client programs
Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other professionals
Address client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
Conduct regular audits of programs and staff performance

Required
Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
BCBA certification
Experience with individuals with disabilities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Preferred
Supervisory or managerial experience is a plus
