Responsibilities
Assist with the organization's fundraising efforts and strategic planning.
Collaborate with the board of directors and other team members to create and execute fundraising campaigns.
Cultivate donor relationships and explore new funding opportunities.
Attend board meetings, currently 1 hour every 2 weeks, and in the future, once a month.

Required
Experience in fundraising, development, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
Knowledge of fundraising strategies and best practices
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Passion for dogs and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of dog parents
Preferred
Experience getting sponsorships
Experience creating events
Experience recruiting
Experience writing grants
