Required
Real Estate and Venture Capital expertise
Experience in strategic planning and business development
Financial acumen and investment analysis skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Understanding of the rideshare and on-demand delivery industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
Proven leadership experience in real estate, venture capital, or related industries
Deep understanding of investment strategies and scaling businesses
A strong network of industry contacts, including investors and business leaders
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for innovative, mission-driven companies
Preferred
Previous board membership or advisory experience is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues
A passion for community development and well-being
