Responsibilities

Highly experienced and visionary Board Member

Strategic oversight and industry expertise in Fintech and artificial intelligence

Experience in scaling startups

Ability to collaborate with the executive team to define the company's vision, mission, and strategy

Ensure strong governance practices and adherence to regulatory requirements

Preferred

Proven track record in Fintech, particularly with startups utilizing innovative technologies like AI, blockchain, or advanced data analytics

Familiarity with GenAI applications and their implications in financial services, including personalized banking, fraud detection, or automated workflows

Prior experience as a founder, board member, or executive in a high-growth startup, ideally in the Series A–C stages

Strong network in venture capital, finance, or technology sectors to accelerate business growth

Ability to navigate complex challenges in a regulated industry while focusing on innovation and customer-centricity
