Responsibilities

Provide design/technical expertise for capital investments in boiler, thermal fluid, and utility departments.

Assist in creating capital plans, prioritizing investments, and measuring project success.

Lead environmental compliance and boiler operation improvement projects.

Act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to teams, and implement new technologies.

Provide direct support to field teams, manage escalations, report safety metrics, and oversee resources.

Manage vendor relationships, coach plant teams, and influence senior leadership for business outcomes.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical

Three (3) or more years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Two (2) or more years of experience with boiler, steam plant, or thermal fluid operations

Thorough understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and combustion principles

Proficient using AutoCad as well Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Preferred

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge preferred
