Responsibilities
Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations in web-based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online)
Creation and issuance of invoices in QBO, BILL, and other systems
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable in Bill.com viewing accounts payable in BILL
Tracking and filing 1099s
Researching tech and apps as well as any integration or sync errors you encounter
Taking accountability of time not only for tracking purposes, but to also be proactive with clients and complete work within budgeted hours
Communicating and building relationships with clients via phone, email, Zoom

Required
3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero
You love helping clients find solutions and diving in to resolve issues!
You’re personable and have great communication skills
You're tech savvy - Important!
You’re a really quick learner who can figure things out on your own and easily adapt to changing situations
You take full responsibility to ensure the quality of your work is high and deadlines are met
You're an expert multitasker
You have excellent analytical, organizational, and client management skills
