Responsibilities
Manage firm financial data by maintaining accurate books and records using QuickBooks Online
Timely review and categorize all bank and credit card transactions
Complete monthly close process including bank reconciliations, ad hoc reporting, and preparing financial statements
Process Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor invoices throughout the month, ensuring timely payment and billing expenses to clients as applicable
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests, including maintaining schedules as needed for trend and historical analysis

Required
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or applicable experience
1+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Experience with QuickBooks Online required
A detail-oriented approach to tasks
Preferred
Working knowledge of Bill4Time highly desirable but not required
Experience working in a professional services industry is preferred, but not required
