Responsibilities

Respond to inbound cases and email or voicemail escalations, fully answering merchant questions and anticipating additional needs

Proactively guide and educate merchants on integrations, account configuration, payments, and Braintree products

Assist merchants globally with applications, pricing, feature & reporting questions, including regulatory updates

De-escalate merchant challenges with processing or products

Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex merchant issues and drive proactive initiatives

Offer guidance on optimizing checkout experience and ensure pricing benefits both parties

Engage stakeholders, escalate feedback, and build strong partnerships for elevated merchant experiences

Drive tailored programs for business success and added value services

Take a dynamic approach to consulting, integrating meaningful questions and learnings to add value

Collaborate with Product and Operational teams, update internal documentation, and provide feedback for enhancements

Offer insights to enhance the merchant experience, improve internal processes, and make operations more efficient

Proactively guide and educate merchants on account configuration, payments, processing questions, and all things Braintree

Assist merchants globally with applications, pricing, feature & reporting questions, and regulatory updates

Confidently answer contacts and complete outreach with Braintree merchants via phone

Offer guidance on optimizing checkout experience

De-escalate challenges faced by merchants with processing or products

Work with merchants and Finance team to ensure advantageous pricing

Engage stakeholders, escalate feedback, and build strong partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex merchant issues

Drive tailored programs for continuous business success and added value services

Consult using tools, resources, and technology to reach accurate resolutions
