Responsibilities
Work in partnership with internal and external content creators to merchandise and market engaging new and trending content for kids ministry.
Update website content regularly to ensure fresh and relevant promotions that resonate with kids pastors.
Collaborate with our internal marketing team to plan and execute email, text, and site-based promotions that drive growth.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for WorshipHouse Kids users.
Generate and analyze data reports to track progress and goals, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Participate in once-a-month on-call hours to support the media team brands and handle any urgent needs effectively.

Required
A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
Experience in marketing coordination, social media management, and reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Asana, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics.
An understanding of the fun, creative, and supportive nature of kids ministry.
