Responsibilities
Develop and Own Tone of Voice: Define, document, and maintain a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Create Compelling Content: Write and edit copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, product descriptions, and advertising.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure copy supports broader brand and business goals.
Lead Verbal Branding Initiatives: Shape and execute verbal identity projects, such as naming conventions, tagline development, and brand messaging frameworks.
Customer-Centric Messaging: Understand our audience deeply, leveraging insights and feedback to create messaging that speaks to their needs, desires, and values.
Ensure Consistency: Audit existing copy and provide guidance to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously elevate our brand voice.

Required
3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice across multiple platforms.
A strong creative flair, with a knack for storytelling and creating memorable brand experiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
Impeccable grammar and proofreading skills, ensuring every piece of content is refined, polished and professional.
Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with copywriting tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools like Asana or Trello).
Preferred
Experience in VSL copywriting
Experience in script writing
