Lead the charge on product launches, making each introduction a significant market event that generates buzz and excitement.
Develop and execute launch strategies that dominate headlines and position FeatherSnap as an innovative leader in the smart home ecosystem.
Partner with product and sales teams to create seamless strategies that highlight FeatherSnap’s innovations.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver a unified brand message that extends beyond products to a broader movement.
Stay ahead of market trends by blending insights from consumer behavior, nature, and technology to continuously refine the FeatherSnap brand narrative.
Use these insights to fuel brand growth and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize the FeatherSnap marketing budget, ensuring investments are strategically allocated to deliver high ROI.
Use data-driven insights to refine spending strategies and maximize brand exposure.
Leverage market insights and performance data to optimize campaigns and drive customer engagement, ensuring FeatherSnap’s continuous growth and success.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
Strong ability to lead product launches and deliver creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Data-driven mindset with experience using market insights to refine strategies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience in the tech, smart home, or outdoor product industries is a plus.
