Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business goals, in addition to consumer, category, and market trends. Able to take a general management mindset and confidently present strategic, data-driven recommendations to manager and senior leadership.
Assist in market research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Position the brand effectively in the market, differentiating it from competitors and establishing a unique value proposition.
Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage the briefing & development of consumer communication plans for both national and customer specific plans.
Work with the Sr. Brand Designer & Agency on creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Work with the agency/others to manage IG’s social media presence, developing a content calendar and engaging with the audience to build brand loyalty.
Use syndicated, consumer and customer data to identify business insights and recommend solutions that optimize results. Develop monthly/quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc analysis.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to make informed adjustments.
Provide regular reports on brand performance, market trends, and consumer feedback (“voice of the customer”) to senior management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven experience in brand marketing at an established CPG or Beverage company.
Strong understanding of the CPG industry and market dynamics.
Creative problem solver who is an expert at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
A deep understanding of how to read, interpret and build models from syndicated data such as Nielsen.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred
Master’s degree is a plus.
