Responsibilities
Own and develop brand strategies: create a clear vision of how the client will win in a competitive environment.
Client Budget Collaboration: align clients’ internal budget strategies and targets with retailer opportunities, maximizing ROI.
Data Literacy & Analysis: analyze customer and retailer insights, brand benchmarking, sales data, and other KPI’s to understand business drivers, and measure the impact of implemented strategies.
E-commerce expertise: have a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry, and continually monitor industry developments and business trends.
Flex Your eCommerce Knowledge: utilize your understanding of Amazon and other e-tailer tools, systems, and processes to achieve clients’ business goals.
Forge relationships: demonstrate strong interpersonal management skills with the ability to adapt to internal and external stakeholders’ evolving business needs.
Earn Client Trust: demonstrate outstanding executive presence and business expertise by leading multiple weekly and ad hoc meetings with clients, retailers, and internal teams.
Work Cross-functionally: interface with and influence client sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to implement best-in-class practices, driving incremental growth and cost savings.
Be the Goal Setter: Establish key performance indicators for your brand, track their progress, and adjust brand plans accordingly to deliver against growth targets.

Required
BA/BS required
5+ years of eCommerce experience which includes P&L management
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement for your stakeholders and the company
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving and highly dynamic environment
Ability to influence internally and externally to drive compelling Marketing plans and consumer engagements
Advanced excel skills and a high level of data literacy
Strong project and people management skills
Preferred
MBA or Six Sigma preferred
Prior Amazon employment, CPG, or e-commerce agency experience preferred
