Responsibilities
Position the brand, and drive brand awareness and recognition across markets.
Identify new product development opportunities, set the product development strategy, and drive roadmap execution with the New Product Development manager.
Manage a team of marketing professionals across social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, PR, partnerships, community events, and design.
Manage and execute 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations.
Oversee & own the brand's social media strategy, particularly focusing on growing reach and community engagement. Utilise platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to enhance organic reach and customer interaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally to secure top-tier media coverage and innovative content collaborations.
Champion the brand's presence in new territories to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful market entries.
Manage campaign budgets and campaign performance metrics in line with targets.

Required
A minimum of 7 years experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry.
At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in developing brand marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns.
Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Creative thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
