Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners across different disciplines at Etsy and externally with agency partners to bring our campaigns to life with a joyous, confident, and authentic brand identity
Brainstorm with ATL brand team members to identify merch items that best support the strategic considerations and campaign goals
Work collaboratively with Brand Team and operations members, Marketing partners, and Legal & Vetting to ensure proposed creative solutions can be executed within the time and budget
Ensure visual concept consistency and quality across multiple areas of work by sharing progress, providing thoughtful critique, and working collaboratively with Brand Team and partners
Contribute to the evolution of our brand by exploring unique and best in class merchandise
Resolve ambiguity to execute high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.
Research and leverage current merchandise trends.

Required
Has on set styling experience for advertising and/or editorial projects
Has proven experience working with creatives, designers, producers and merchandising teams
Enthusiastic about brand and marketing strategy, creative concepts, and design
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to partners
Has a strong aesthetic point of view, with a discerning eye for color, composition and on-set styling needs
Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills executed at a high level of craftsmanship
Confident and collaborative leader with the ability to identify and act on ways to keep work moving forward
Passionate about the Etsy brand
7+ years of on-set styling experience with studios or in-house brands
Experienced in sourcing and styling products across various brand touch points including digital experiences, marketing channels, visual guidelines, out-of-home advertising and more
You keep up to date with popular style, home, and cultural trends, as well as creative work produced within the advertising industry
You propose creative work that elevates and evolves brand aesthetics
Forward-thinker who can anticipate questions, independently assess solutions, and think critically and creatively
Experienced providing creative supervision working with photographers, directors, illustration and motion graphics production vendors pre- and post-production
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
Proven track record proactively building strong working relationships with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
Excel in the ability to self-manage and exercise stellar time-management skills
Enjoy creating together! You are passionate about using collaborative methods as a part of the design process, to encourage idea generation and shared decision making among designers and partners
