Responsibilities
Research and identify potential brand partners that align with our brand’s values and target audience, focusing on industries such as fitness, health, fashion, food, and sports.
Develop and execute sales strategies to pitch partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Secure co-branded partnerships, custom can designs, exclusive flavors, and other collaborative offerings that align with both brands’ goals. Your commission will be tied to the partnerships you secure and the revenue generated.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner brands to ensure ongoing collaboration and maximize future opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
Keep detailed records of sales progress, partnership negotiations, and deal closures. Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with emerging brands and industry trends, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities.

Required
Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in brand partnerships or lifestyle, wellness, or luxury products.
Strong network within industries like fitness, health, fashion, food, or sports is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to pitch ideas, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy, and a passion for driving sales in an independent contractor capacity.
Ability to thrive in a commission-only structure with performance-based incentives.
