Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Operations team in designing and deploying on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based production systems to create 'enterprise' broadcast experiences.

Responsible for cross-team information sharing and technical training for all new operating systems and technical solutions.

Responsible for technical broadcast planning including network planning, encoder validation, and contingency/redundancy planning for top-tier streams.

Configuring and maintaining SDI video sources and distribution infrastructure and other production systems and equipment.

Lead the team in deploying and maintaining cloud-based production systems and cloud IT infrastructure for expanded control room support.

Collaborate with Amazon Live Product Team and Amazon Live Production on new workflows and features to integrate new production systems.

Write business narratives and present them to leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate production quality.

Provide technical summary and review of major events and technical broadcast/streaming concerns.

Lead Security Reviews for new software/hardware solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Show entrepreneurial spirit, excellent judgment, and communication skills, deliver innovative solutions while building a team capable of implementing superior workflow systems.

Required

5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience

Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving collaborative projects to successful outcomes.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology

Comfortable navigating with a high degree of ambiguity.
