Responsibilities
Closing & Contracting Revenue in alignment with Sales Goal
Educating Brokers on ICHRA+
Engage prospective and existing broker partners around ICHRA+ through various campaigns/strategies
Delivering quotes to brokers on ICHRA+ and clearly communicating the overall solution
Communicating alongside brokers to employers Remodel Health’s ICHRA+ solution
Working alongside sales operations and implementation teams to effectively oversee communication of incoming ICHRA+ groups to ensure successful launch
Understand specific geographic market dynamics including carriers, providers, and agencies
Communicating broker feedback to the marketing team to help inform the creation of future content
Other broker sales responsibilities as assigned
Provide thought leadership in ideas and approaches to sales productivity challenges

Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years experience in customer-facing solution sales with a history of driving, managing, and closing mid-market deals
Experience developing strong channel partner relationships and selling through those partners
Passion for coming alongside organizations in need of support
Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR executives
Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License
Preferred
Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech
