Responsibilities
Review, research, and respond to product inquiries and product guidelines, questions, through a Scenario Desk environment.
Manage Scenario Desk inbox and respond to inquiries from all internal and external customer groups within a timely manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position New American Funding as a leader and industry expert.
Assist Product Development Team with execution of new product implementations.
Ensure compliance with New American Fundings policies, processes and practices.
Create, update, implement and maintain any and all product guidelines and eligibility requirements.

Required
Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.
Strong analytical skills; effective decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgment.
Strong ability to synthesize and communicate results of data analysis
