Required

8 years Business Analyst experience with PeopleSoft HCM, focusing on implementation or upgrade projects.
8 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
8 years of proven ability to identify requirements and create formal functional documentation for stakeholders and SMEs.
8 years experience leading formal work sessions and delivering functional analysis presentations.
8 years hands-on experience with system integration and external interface testing.
4 years of proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).

Preferred

4 years experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
2 years experience with CAPPS Financials (Comptroller of Public Accounts).
2 years of expertise with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
2 years experience with SharePoint.
1 year of familiarity with Jira for task management.
1 year experience working within a Scrum framework.
