Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management in the areas of enrollment/admissions issues, retention, advisement, maintenance of student records, and student outcomes to facilitate student program success.
Coordinate all activities related to licensure and accreditation in collaboration with the Executive Director.
Engage communities of interest for the School of Nursing to keep the curriculum current and attract needed resources.
Assist other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.
Monitor, assess, and initiate strategies to utilize ATI resources across the curriculum to promote a culture of continuous improvement in NCLEX performance.
Ensure compliance of all program publications with institutional and accreditation guidelines.
Generate needed communications, reporting, changes, and representations with accreditation commissions and agencies.

Required
A master's or higher degree from an accredited college or university which includes course work in nursing, education or administration
Two years' experience teaching in pre- or post-licensure registered nursing programs
One year's continuous, full-time or its equivalent experience direct patient care as a registered nurse
Former College level educational background
Must hold a valid, active license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Action oriented, innovative thinking, and flexible
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within a deadline-oriented environment
