Responsibilities

Administering the formulation and justification of the budget for the ATR Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) activities.
Serving as a technical authority on budget formulation, providing advice and guidance on budget policy, alternative strategies, and related support matters.
Reviewing, analyzing, revising, and recommending action or modification of budget requests and justifications.
Formulating, analyzing, combining, and consolidating budget estimates.
Monitoring and reporting on the rate of expenditures of funds.
Preparing briefing/decision papers and making presentations.
Exercising administrative control of program obligations, expenditures, appropriations, and operations.
Performing financial risk analysis of direct and indirect costs and providing various financial scenarios.
Advising, recommending, and initiating budget reprogramming actions.
Coordinating the collection, analysis, and compilation of budgetary data for reports.
